CK Pink

Another Christopher Kane for Topshop piece. He's one of my favourite designers right now - I'm going to get a good shot of the whole dress within the next few days, I was just wearing it while I practiced taking head shots. Its so hard to get my head in frame when taking self portraits, also the focus is tough to master because I'm using Dan's lens again and it doesn't have autofocus when attached to my D60. I usually prop a stool in position where Im going to stand, focus on the stool, then remove and stand in place. My face is slightly dissimilar to a wooden stool so often the photos are totally bung and out of focus. I like the results of this endeavour though. Colour my world Christopher Kane!!!

Beautiful, beautiful photos. I think you're already making great headway into your foray of headshots. (Though I can understand the pain. A friend and I recently tried to do a "jumping self-potrait" where we tried to get his Nikon D40 to focus on us jumping up in the air at the same time. Needless to say we had to do it at least a dozen times! (I think the final one is still not quite in good frame...) Thanks for the technical description, saves me from asking questions. :P

As Brooke above me said, the blue/pink contrast stands out really well. And goodness gracious, I still can't get over how well your face is captured on camera. Just pristine!

funky top - little to glittery for me - but suits you great - but don't you look good with everything??;)

You are out of control, ready to take on the world! Your photos are getting exponentially more beautiful every time.

Also, I was wondering what is the origin of your name? I have never seen the name Zanita before.

the top photo is the best. all are great, but if you're working on your head shots the connection your eyes have in the top picture is really fantastic.
