Bronte Beach

Spent a delightful hour in the sun at Bronte Beach this afternoon, any longer and no doubt I'll turn into a 5'11 lobster woman - forgot to bring the sunscreen, which is a big no-no in the scorching Australian sun. I've been alabaster for sometime now and my skin thanks me for it but we can always indulge in a little Vitamin D. Thanks again Evan for taking my pictures and also to my friend Billie, who created my sweet new header - saving me a chore! :)

Gorgeous photos. They always have such a dreamy quality to them- lovely! I also have a Nikon D60, but I can't seem to get my photos like that. Would you mind sharing what settings to use when taking photos?

Thanks,
Keep doing what you're doing

Your unintended:
Most of the time i just use auto - but i adjust the black point and curves in aperture to make the images so bright.

Everyone else:
Thankyou!!! xx

Ahh bronte is so beautiful! Can't wait til my exams are over so I can go and also become a 5'10 (not quite as lanky) lobster in the scorching Australian sun...Loving the contrasting patterns.

Lovely photos! They have a very Grace Kelly feel too them. (Hah! At 5'11" you could easily tower over anyone who dared call you a lobster. :P)

Your Unintended - thanks for asking my question! I was just popping on to ask the same. Zanita - do you do the apeture curves on the camera menu itself or later in Photoshop/iPhoto/programme of the like? (I'm looking to save up for a Canon equivalent of the Nikon D60. Much as I love the photos coming out of the D60, I'm just a Canon girl!)
