De Monfort

I've been snowed under of late with so much to do and unfortunately my blog has taken a second rung on things. I've also been a little unmotivated and a tad down about being away from Oz, with the passing of a relative and the missing of my boyfriend. I managed to take these shots within about a 30 second period at the Monfort show at Graduate Fashion Week - I also took some of the Bristol show which Ill post later, they include a couple of yours truly. Doing these kinds of shows with students is always fun, the students are always enthusiastic and treat models very well and the designs are always larger than life. Every now and then you can spot a potential design star in the making - some of the garments in this show were incredible! If I can find pics online I'll be sure to post them.
I'm so annoyed at myself, I also managed to have a quick word with Susie Bubble at GFW with a promise I would return to snap a picture of the two of us together and talk fashion blogging and never got a chance to. Im so stupid! I hope I catch her again somewhere while I'm in London!

Really great pictures - I saw some of the same shows on Style Bubble. Sweet that you got to talk to Susie, if only for a little.
